Human Resources is a very complex part of every business. BCR consultants have provided services to over 300 career transition and outplacement clients from all sectors. We have helped individuals to put into action and successfully conclude the job-change and re-employment process. You can be confident that BCR will be there when you need us.

The career transition services that we provide are designed to be time efficient and cost effective. The bottom line behind all of our programs is to help people find the right job quickly. We provide seminars to groups, as well as web research, development tools and one-on-one consulting to individuals at all employment levels.

Organization and Group Services

  • Group career transition workshops – these services are delivered in one, two or three-day workshops that focus on preparing participants to manage their own job searches effectively, including information and guidance in dealing with change, building a resume, interviewing and negotiation.
  • Career Central – this is the most efficient way for an organization to meet the requirements of a large-scale reduction-in-force (100 employees or more). BCR accompanies your management team from notification preparation to outplacement services for the departing personnel. This program is tailored specifically to fit the culture and preferences of specific organizations and candidate populations.
  • Remote delivery – BCR can counsel and assist personnel remotely, customizing services that take many of the on-site benefits off-site.

BCR has worked with many top management transitions, and we have the expertise to match key executive talent with top recruiters, target companies, and peer-level contacts. This program also provides the executive with valuable administrative and research support.
